I also remebered what Sensei Paul had told us in the Karate training class....that one important thing was to keep your shoulders relaxed and only tense at the end of the movement.

I decided to try Tensho Chi. I spent an hour learning basic moves and then a movement called Number 1. I don't think that I was relaxed at the time as I was concentrating on the movements - the hour seemed to go quickly and what followed was quite amazing.

I arrived home very relaxed and then had the best night's sleep that I have had in ages. I woke up in the morning unbelievably relaxed. That evening during karate I found some of the moves much easier and seemed to have more energy.

I would recommend anyone to try and also believe that it compliments karate. I can't wait to see what happens next time !"
